Justin Bellhouse
Town Councillor for Harmans Water

Justin Bellhouse has proudly called Harmans Water home for over 22 years. He settled in the area in 2003 and was drawn by Bracknell’s forests, green spaces and healthier lifestyle . An active and adventurous local, Justin is a motorcyclist, cyclist, skier and an enthusiastic explorer of Bracknell’s walking and cycling trails. He often travels to Hungary with his partner Zsofia to spend time with her family.

Bringing a wealth of real-world experience, Justin has worked extensively across the security industry including handling intense high-pressure situations involving violent offenders and later served as a Health & Safety Manager where he led a team of over 30 lifeguards. He was formally commended for saving a colleague’s life while serving as a Duty Ambulance Driver and has since become a certified First Aid Instructor delivering vital life-saving training for the construction industry. He was also notably recognized by the Welsh Police for assisting in the arrest of a suspect wanted for attempted murder.

Motivated by a profound sense of duty and belonging, Justin stood in the June 26, 2025 by-election for Harmans Water ward and was elected as the first ever Reform UK councillor in Berkshire, winning by a narrow 24-vote majority . In his acceptance post Reform UK Bracknell hailed it as a “truly historic moment” promising that “even as a lone Reform UK councillor in a sea of red he will not be outnumbered when the truth is on his side”.

Now serving on the Bracknell Town Council, Justin is committed to giving back to the community he calls home. He stands for accountability, public safety and real results, championing both local concerns and positive change across Bracknell.
